🐾What ingredients are used in your treats?
We only use **human-grade, antibiotic- and hormone-free meats** along with natural fruits, vegetables, and supplements. No fillers, artificial preservatives, or additives.
🐾 Are your treats safe for all dogs?
Yes our treats are made for dogs of all sizes and breeds. Always supervise your dog while chewing, and choose a size appropriate for your pet.
🐾 How long do your treats last?
Dehydrated treats are shelf-stable for up to **6 months** in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, you can freeze them for up to 1 year.
🐾 Are your treats raw or cooked?
Our treats are **dehydrated at safe temperatures** to remove moisture while preserving nutrients and flavor.
🐾 Do you make custom orders?
Yes we can prepare **single-protein or bulk packs** for dogs with allergies or special dietary needs. Contact us for details.
Feeding Guidelines
🍖 How many treats can I give my dog per day?
Treats should not make up more than **10% of your dog’s daily diet**. Use them for training, enrichment, or as a healthy reward.
🍖 Are your treats safe for puppies?
Yes but always supervise and provide size-appropriate chews. Puppies have sensitive stomachs, so introduce new proteins slowly.
Allergies & Special Diets
🌱 Do you separate proteins to avoid cross-contamination?
Absolutely. All equipment is **cleaned and sanitized between proteins** to ensure safety for dogs with food sensitivities.
🌱 Do you have hypoallergenic options?
Yes we offer **single-protein treats** (such as lamb, salmon, or beef) that are ideal for dogs with allergies.

Returns & Refunds Policy
🐾At IronBond Naturals, we take pride in offering safe, high-quality treats for your pets. Because our products are perishable and intended for animal consumption, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened.
🐾We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:
• Your order arrives damaged,
• You receive the wrong product, or
• There is a clear quality issue with your purchase.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at IronBondNaturals@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
🐾Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

• Opened or partially used packages
• Treats damaged due to improper storage (e.g., left unsealed, exposed to moisture/heat)
• Orders beyond the 7-day contact period
