At IronBond Naturals, we take great pride in the quality and safety of our treats. Since our products are perishable and intended for pets, we are unable to accept returns once a package has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at IronBondNaturals@gmail.com or (705) 262-4775. We will be happy to review your concern and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund.
